SPRING SONG

PROGRAMS YOU NEED
You are responsible for finding things you need to do this tutorial.
You will need a good working knowledge of the programs I use.
Paintshop or Corel Program 
If image is animated you will need Jasc Animation shop or similar program

ITEMS YOU NEED
 Thank all of you whose items I used to make this tag.
I do appreciate the use of them.
If the Kit or Mask have broken Links use one of your Choice.

TUBE: Of your Choice I used Pinuptoons You can purchase is at CDO.
I have a license for it.
KIT: Polka Dot Scraps FTU Spring Song HERE
MASK: VixBigmask19 HERE
FONT: Of your choice, I used Mawns free at Dafonts

READ BELOW BEFORE STARTING
Settings may differ slightly depending on program you use I use x2
Close original after you copy it unless I state otherwise.
RE-SIZE only one layer and sharpen once if needed
Left click and right click refers to mouse buttons.
Refer to my image for placement of items.

LET'S BEGIN NOW

****Select your Tube and Vix BigMask19  minimize them for now.***

1. Open a new 600x600 transparent image 
Selections/select all

2. Select Paper 3 from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste into selection on your image
Selections/select none

3.  Layers/new mask layer/from Image
Select Mask in the window
(see settings below)
Click Ok
Layers palette/right click mask/merge/merge group
Re-size the Mask 110%




4.  Select leaves 2 from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Erase the stem
Re-size 80%
Move to top Left Side of mask

5. Effects/3D/Drop Shadow
(see settings below)
Click OK



6.  Layers palette right click Leaves/ Duplicate 1 time
Image/Flip
Adjust them so that bottom leaves are slightly touching top ones.


7.  Select Frame 2 from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 85%
Apply same drop shadow
Move it to the left onto the leaves a little more

8.  Using magic wand (settings below) click in each frame window
make sure to select the little area between the frames
Selections/modify/expand 7
Keep selected 


9. Layers palette right click on copy of leaves layers
add a new raster layer
Select Paper 2 from the kit, edit/copy
edit/paste into selection on your image
Selections/select none

10.  Select your tube, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size as needed, I re-sized 95%
Image/mirror if needed
Move it into the Frame
Use eraser tool to remove any parts outside the frame
Apply same drop shadow

11. Select Leaves 3 from the kit, edit/copy
edit/paste as new layer into your image
image/mirror
re–size 85%
apply same drop shadow
Move them so they are slightly on the frame

12. Select flower scatter 1, edit/copy
edit/paste as new layer into your image
re-size 85%
apply same drop shadow
move to the right side of the frame.

13. Select ribbon 4 from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 60%
Image/flip
Apply same drop shadow
Move to the bottom right corner of your frame
  

14.  Select flower 4 from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 45%
Apply same drop shadow
Move to bottom left corner of frame

15. Select ribbon tag from the kit, edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 50%
Apply same drop shadow
Place it above the other flower

16. Select your tube again edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size as needed, I re=sized 95%
Apply same drop shadow
Move to the right of frame
I placed mine so it hid the leaves stem

17. Select string 2 from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 85%
Apply same drop shadow
Move to bottom of the image

18. Add any text that you wish to
re-size your image if you wish to.


19. Add a New Layer apply copyrights and watermark
Save your image in png format.
