PROGRAMS YOU NEED
You are responsible for finding things you need to do this tutorial.
You will need a good working knowledge of the programs I use.
Paintshop or Corel Program
Animation Shop

ITEMS YOU NEED
Thank all Of you whose items I used to make this tag.
I do appreciate the use of them.

TUBE: Of your Choice I used PinUpToons, you must buy it at CDO
I have a license for this tube
KIT: Scrap Dimesions FTU My Colorful Valentine HERE
MASK: BBD 2012 Mask Heart 1 HERE
FONT: Of your choice

READ BELOW BEFORE STARTING
Settings may differ slightly depending on program you use I use x2
Close original after you copy it unless I state otherwise.
RE-SIZE only one layer and sharpen once if needed
Left click and right click refers to mouse buttons.
Refer to my image for placement of items.

Now Lets Start

1. Select your Tube and BBD_2012 Mask_Heart 1
minimize Them for now

2. Open a new 600x600 transparent image
Using dropper tool select a color from your tube
Flood fill your image
Selections/select all

3. Layers palette/right click raster 1
add a new raster layer
Select Paper 1 from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste into selection on your image
Selections/select none

4. Layers/new mask layer/from image
Select BBD_2012 Mask_Heart 1 in the window
Or mask of your choice
(mask settings below)
Click Ok
Layers palette/right click mask/merge/merge group

5. Effects/3D/Drop Shadow
(settings below)
Click OK
Layers palette/right click mask layer merge/merge visible 6. Select Scattered Hearts 3 From the kit Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 50%
Apply same drop shadow
Move to left side of image keeping it on mask

7. Layers palette/right click hearts duplicate 1 time
Image/mirror
Layers palette/Right click/merge/merge down
In layers palette right click rename hearts

8. Select cupcake from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 50%
Apply same drop shadow
Move up slightly

9. Select your tube Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size as needed, I re-sized mine 85%
Apply same drop shadow
Center in cupcake moving it down slightly

10. Select the dog from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size it 45%
Apply same drop shadow
Place on bottom left side of tube

11. Select WA 1 (kiss me) from the kit Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size it 45%
Apply same drop shadow
Move to bottom, slightly to the right side of image

12. Select Butterfly 1 from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size it 20%
Image/free rotate 20.00 right
Apply same drop shadow
Move to right side just above heart on WA

13. Now apply any text you would like to

14. Re-size your image all layers to your desired size
I re-sized mine 500x500

15. Add a new raster layer apply copyrights and watermarks

16. Now crop your image in close but leave room for a border
Close off bottom layer and hearts layers

17. Layers palette/right click add a new raster layer
Use dropper tool select a color from your image
Flood fill layer
Selections/select all
Selections/modify/contract 5
Hit delete on your keyboard.
Add a drop shadow

18. Layers palette/right click any layer merge/merge visible
You should now have 3 layers
Open all layers back up

You can save image now in jpeg or png. Or continue to do animation

ANIMATION
Open your Animation shop and minimize for now.
1. Layers palette/right click hearts/duplicate 3 times

2. Staring with copy 3 of hearts layer (top)
Effects/Distortion/punch strength 34%
Layers palette click eye close off this layer

3. Click on copy 2 of hearts
Effects/Distortion/punch strength 32%
Layers palette click eye close off this layer

4. Click on copy of hearts
Effects/Distortion/punch strength 30%
Layers palette click eye close off this layer

5. Now only bottom hearts layer should be open
Edit/copy/copy merged

6. Take it to Animation shop
Right click anywhere paste as new animation.

7. Back in PSP Click eye close off Heart layer
Click on copy of hearts layer Click the eye to open
Edit/copy/copy merged.

8. Take it to Animation shop
Right click first frame/paste/paste after current frame.

9. Repeat Steps 7 and 8 until you have moved the other 2 heart layers
Into animation shop.

10. Save your animation.
