You will need a good working knowledge of the programs I use.

Paintshop or Corel Program 

If image is animated you will need Jasc Animation shop or similar program

ITEMS YOU NEED

TUBE: Your Choice: My Tube is a tube I purchased by OrigaSH  at Pics forDesigns

You must purchase this tube.

KIT: FTU HalloweenAholic by LK Designs

MASK: Mask 9 by Savage HERE

FONT: Of your choice, I used Wolfsrain from DA Fonts

READ BELOW BEFORE STARTING
Settings may differ slightly depending on program you use I use x2

Close original after you copy it unless I state otherwise.

RE-SIZE only one layer and sharpen once if needed

Left click and right click refers to mouse buttons.

Refer to my image for placement of items.

Now Lets Start

1.  Select your Tube and mask minimize them for now

2. Open a new 700x700 transparent image

Selections/select all

Select Paper 4  from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selection on your image

Selections/select none

3.  Layers/new mask layer/from Image

Select Mask in the window

(see other settings below)

Click Ok

Layers palette/right click mask/merge/merge group

4. I don’t apply drop shadows to my mask but you can if you wish to

5.  Select frame 3 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Apply same drop shadow

Move it up slightly to the top

6.  4. Effect/3D/Drop Shadow

(see settings below)

7.  Using magic wand (settings below)

click inside the fame you must click the web spaces also

Selections/modify/expand 11

8.  Right click on mask layer add new raster layer

Select paper 9 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selections on your image

Selections/select none

9.  Select web from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image above the frame

Do not Re-size

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the top left side of your image

10. Select spooky tree  from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the right side of your frame

11.  Select scarecrow from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 85%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the left side of the frame bottom touching frame

12. Select your tube edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size as needed I re-sized mine 45%

Apply same drop shadow

Leave centered in the image

13. Select skull 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Image free rotate 15.00 to right

Apply same drop shadow

Move to bottom right side of image

14.  Select witch hat from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Image free rotate 15.00 to right

Apply same drop shadow

Place it on top of the skull

15. Select eyeball 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the bottom next to the skull

17. Select cauldron from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 75%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the bottom right slightly

18. Select potion from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 50%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the right side of the cauldron

19. Select books from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 80%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the left side just below scarecrows arm

20. Select eyeball 2 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move below the books on the right side

21. Select  cupcake 2 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the bottom next to the cauldron

22. Select bat from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to top right side of the image

23. Select spider 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Image/mirror

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the top left side of the image

 NOW LETS FINISH UP

Do all the following to finish your tag

1. Add Your Text

2. Layers/right click/merge/merge/visible

3. Re-size your image  500x500, all layers Smart Size.

4. Adjust sharpen

5. Add a New Layer apply copyrights and watermark

6. Save your image in png format

It is PTU  HERE  I have purchased it

KIT: I used Teresa’s Trick or Treat Kit at Creative Misfits HERE

MASK: Bitzy Beez Designz  BBD_2011 Mask 42 HERE

FONT: Of your choice I used a FTU font Mia’s Scribblings HERE

Select BBD_2011 Mask 42  in the window

Click Ok

Layers palette/right click mask/merge/merge group

4. Effect/3D/Drop Shadow

(see settings below)

Click OK

5.  Select element 7 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Apply same drop shadow

Move to top right side of mask

6.  Select element 8 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 80%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to top Left side of mask

7.  Select element 27 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 90%

Apply same drop shadow

Image/free rotate 10.00 right (boxes not checked)

 Move to the right slightly on to the web

8. Select element 4 from the kit edit/copy

edit/paste as a new layer

Re-size it 50%

Image/free rotate 10.00 right

Apply same drop shadow

Move it to the left side placing it so that it

Is near the tree’s mouth

9.  Select element 37 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 65%

 Do not apply drop shadow yet

Move to right side of mask not quite to the edge

10. Layers palette/right click/duplicate 1 time

Image mirror

Move them together make sure to line them up

Layers palette/arrange/move down

Apply same drop shadow

Move both fences together. Make sure to line them up

11. Select element 48 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side of door sign bottom at bottom of fence

12. Now click on Raster 1 (spider web)

Using your free hand tool select around the spider

Edit copy

Layers palette right click sign layer add new raster layer

Edit/paste into selection

Selections/select none

13. Select element 36 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 80%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side placing it at the bottom of fence

14. Select element 20 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Image/free rotate right 10.00

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the right side so that the handle is touching the sign

15.  Select element 50 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the left side of door

16. Select element 50 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side of fence  under the ghost

17.  Select Element 47 from the kit edit/copy

edit/paste as new layer

Re-size it 50%

Image/free rotate 10.00 right

Apply same drop shadow

Place it on the door

18. Select your tube edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size as needed I re-sized 55%

Apply same drop shadow

Move it so that the bottom is next to the pumpkins

19.  Add any text that you wish to

20. Re-size your image if you wish to all layers Smart Size.

21. Add a New Layer apply copyrights and watermark

22. Save your image in png format

RE-SIZE only one layer and sharpen once if needed

Left click and right click refers to mouse buttons.

Now Lets Start

1.  Select your Tube minimize it for now

2. Open a new 600x600 transparent image

Selections/select all

Select Paper 20 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selection on you image

Selections/select none

3.  Select wire background from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Do not Re-size
Do not apply drop shadow
In layers palette right click rename Wire 1
It is important that you rename it
** note you may want to close background layer for now

4.  Select frame 11 from the kit edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer into your image
Re-size 85%
Image/free rotate 10.00 left boxes not checked

5. Effect/3D/Drop Shadow

(see settings below)

Click OK

6.  With wand (settings below) click inside frame window

Selections/modify expand 7

In Layers palettes add new raster layer above wire layer

Select paper 4 from kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selection on your image

Selections/select none 

7. Select word art from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the middle right side of frame.

8.  Select your tube edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size as needed, I did not re-size

Apply same drop shadow

Move to  right bottom side of frame

9.  Select heart from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 80%

Image/free rotate 10.00 right

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right bottom side of frame

10.  Select poison bottle from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 50%

Image/free rotate 10.00 right

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side of image

11. Select spider from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Image/mirror

Apply same drop shadow

Move to top right side of frame

12.  Select alcohol from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 85%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the bottom left side of frame

13. Select skull from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Do not Re-size

Image/mirror

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side of frame slightly above alcohol

14. Select syringes from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side above alcohol adjust skull if needed

15.  Select flower 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 50%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to top right side of frame

16. Select bow 2 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side above word art

17. Close off background and wire 1 layer

right click on any open layer/merge/merge visible

Open all layers back up

18. Select wire from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Do not apply drop shadow

Move to bottom left side of frame

Layers palette/right click wire layer rename B wire

It is important that you rename it

19.At this time add any text that you wish to

20. Re-size your image if you wish to all layers Smart Size.

I re-sized mine 500x500

21. Add a New Layer apply copyrights and watermark

22.  Save your image or continue to Animation

ANIMATION

1. In layers palette right click wire 1 duplicate it 2 times

Starting With copy 2 of wire one

Effects/Xenoflex2 Electrify (Settings Below)

Click eye close this layer

2. Now click on copy of wire 1 in layers palette  Apply Electrify again

but Hit random seed button 1 time

Click eye close off this layer

3.  Now click on copy of wire  in layers palette  Apply Electrify again

Hit random seed button 1 time

4. Click on  B Wire Layer  Repeat steps 1 to 3

But CHANGE the settings where the red X is

5. Edit/copy merged take it to animation shop

right click paste as new animation

6. Back in PSP close wire 1  and close B wire Layers

Open copy of wire 1 and B wire Layers

Edit/copy merged

Take it to animation shop right click frame 1/paste after current frame

7. Back in PSP close copy of wire 1  and close copy of B wire  Layers

Open copy (2) of wire 1 and B wire Layers

Edit/copy merged

Take it to animation shop right click frame 1/paste after current frame

1.  Select your Tube the Yezmask 011 minimize them for now

2. Open a new 600x600 transparent image

Selections/select all

Select Paper 16 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selection on you image

Selections/select none

3.  Layers/new mask layer/from Image

Select Yez Mask 011 in the window

(see other settings below)

Click Ok

Layers palette/right click mask/merge/merge group

4. Effect/3D/Drop Shadow

(see settings below)

Click OK

5.  Select frame O1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size it 50%

Leave centered in mask

6.  Using magic wand (settings below)

Click inside the Frame

Selections Expand 2

7.  Layers palette/right click mask/add new raster layer

Select  paper 12  from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste into selection on your image

Selections/Select None

Now go back and apply drop shadow to your Frame

8.  Select tree 3 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 70%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side of image

9.  Select ghost 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 50%

Image Mirror

Apply same drop shadow

Move to the right side of the frame

10. Select leaves 3  from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 60%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to bottom left side of frame

11.  Layers palette right click Leaves/duplicate 1 time

Image/mirror

12. Select treat bag 1  from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 35%

Image/free rotate 10.00 right boxes not checked

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side of image

13. Select kettlepot 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 40%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side of image

14.  Select your tube Edit/copy

edit/paste as new layer into your image

re-size as needed, I re-sized 85%

15. Select pumpkin 2 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 30%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to left side of tube

15. Select skull 1 from the kit edit/copy

Edit/paste as new layer into your image

Re-size 25%

Apply same drop shadow

Move to right side of tube

17. At this time add any text that you wish to

18. Re-size your image if you wish to all layers Smart Size.

19. Add a New Layer apply copyrights and watermark

20. Save your image in png format
